i wanted to keep our bedroom light and airy so i decided to do white muslin curtains. nev made me these kiaat ends and rods, happy with the end result, and the fact that it cost me absolutely nothing, everything was made from off cuts at the factory!

cute coat hangers! unfortunately this company closed down! i could do with few durbsy images! i know it's not everyone's cup of tea, but i love durbs, its home....

i absolutely love these prefab houses by kannustalo-house! i am amazed by how beautiful they are and how easy it sounds to do!

..... a blast from the past

my mom and i were always busy making or sewing something! one of our favourites was macrame! my mom was a real pro at it, could make just about anything! it was so cool to see this macrame hanging garden that heather made! she has a wonderful tutorial on her blog, have a look, it's loads of fun!

these are the new kiaat bedside tables that will be in store shortly. floating drawers attached to the wall, love  how neat and open it feels! love it even more that i get the first ones to try out..... in order to ensure customer satisfaction of course!!!

" showing the versatility of Philips products. this is my 1954 Philips radio! so cool i love it! nev fixed it for me, will have prime spot in the lounge once we finally have a piece of furniture to put it on !

..... nice to be back! hope everyone had a great christmas and new year! we took a few days of from the shop to work on the house! these are some of the lights we fitted, the turned plywood went up in our bedroom and the wire frame is in the studio! quite like it.....
